Book Discussions
Mentor Public library offers several ways for you to participate in book discussions. Book Discussion for Seniors - book discussion group meetings at the Mentor Senior Center. The book discussion group meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Senior Center from 1:30 to 2:30pm. The library outreach team will also bring a selection of large print and audio visual items for check out. We can even sign you up for a library card on the spot! See what we're reading! Book Discussion Kits - plan your adult book discussion group's season of readings around our sets of books and discussion materials. Check out a set with multiple copies from the library so everyone can be on the same page at the same time. And if you need additional copies, visit Information Services for assistance in locating more. Another great resource for book clubs is the database of BookLetters suggested titles complete with discussion questions. Now all you need to worry about is the menu... Books in Boxes - for elementary and preschool teachers to check out for classroom use, Books in Boxes are plastic totes containing multiple copies and a thematic assortments of children's paperback books.
