How’s your New Year’s Resolution going? Did you start working out more like you planned? Or did you fall off that respective wagon?

Here’s the good news: You don’t have to wait until January to make a commitment to yourself. You can do it right now.

All year, Mentor Public Library has hosted programs that offer different ways to be healthy—physically, emotionally, and even spiritually—as part of our Get Healthy series.

We’ve offered free introductions to boxing, meditation, Tai Chi and more. And it’s not over!

We’re hosting a free Jazzercise class on Tuesday, Aug. 30. Then, in September, you can try chair yoga with us.

All of our Get Healthy programs are free and open to the public. You can also scale them to your fitness level. Attend one of them; come to all of them; and get healthier!

By the way, we also have a bunch of fitness books and videos you can borrow.

An expert from Awaken Yoga will lead our Chair Yoga class.
