Send your favorite kid a photo of you in outer space or the bottom of the ocean!
Seniors can send a special photo message to their favorite incredible kid using the green screen at Mentor High School’s HUB from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 15.
To celebrate Incredible Kid Day, which is March 15, seniors can come to The Hub and use its technology to make and send photos with special messages to their grandchildren or favorite incredible kid.
The seniors don’t need any experience with using a green screen. Student volunteers from Mentor High School will help them make, edit and send the messages.
All seniors are welcome to participate. No registration necessary.
This program is part of our partnership with Mentor Public Schools to share the resources available at the Mentor High School’s renovated and revitalized library, now called The Hub, at 6477 Center St. in Mentor.
The Hub will open be to the public from 3 to 8 p.m. on March 15.
Students can also check out Fresh Colors—our new art club for teens—at 4:30 p.m. that day. Each month, the club learns about different artists and experiments with different mediums. In March, teens will try their hands at German Expressionism.
The Hub will also be available for study and quiet tutoring, as well.
