Studio MPL — our art club for kids — is eclectic. We went from Pop Art to Popsicle Art.
This month, the kids used their design and color sense when turning popsicle sticks into crafty bookmarks.
If your child likes creating art, they should check out Studio MPL.
Every month, the kids in Studio MPL take on a new art project. They’ve sketched live models, celebrated Day of the Dead, created imaginary friends, made sun catchers, weaved, tried out pointillism and even garnered inspiration from Jackson Pollock, Roy Lichtenstein and Joan Miró.
The club is free to attend and open to all kids in first through fifth grade. Its currently on hiatus but will be returning soon.
