Kids practiced their soccer skills with different passing, shooting, and juggling drills during our most recent Move-It Monday program.

They kicked, passed, and even tried a couple of headers on our Read House lawn.

We’ve celebrated the importance of play and exercise all summer long with our Move-It Monday series. Children have brushed up on their karate and yoga, tried tennis and volleyball in our backyard, and even played with parachutes.

But all good things must come to an end; and that even includes our Summer Reading program and, along with that, Move-It Mondays.

However, kids can join us for a final Move-It Monday at 1 p.m. on July 25. We’ll be learning about nutrition.

It’s free for all families and no registration is required.

Our Summer Reading program ends July 31, so make sure you log all of your reading hours with us before then.

We want to make sure you get credit for all the awesome reading you’re doing. After all, the more you read, the better chance you have of winning one of our prizes.

Kids who read or are read to up to 15 hours will also receive a Library Champion lawn sign and window cling.

For more information on our summer reading programs, call 440-255-8811 or peruse our website.
