Try Tai Chi for Free


Want to try something new? Something fun? How about something healthy?

You can get all three when you try Tai Chi.

An expert from Family Karate will teach a free introduction to Tai Chi at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, at our Main Branch. Please remember to wear comfortable clothes, as you will be moving around a lot.

The class is part of the Mentor Public Library’s Get Healthy Series. Each month the library will offer a free program on how to improve all aspects of one’s health.

The Get Healthy series continue with an introduction to Jazzercize in August.
