You can get all three when you try Tai Chi.
An expert from Family Karate will teach a free introduction to Tai Chi at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, at our Main Branch. Please remember to wear comfortable clothes, as you will be moving around a lot.
The class is part of the Mentor Public Library’s Get Healthy Series. Each month the library will offer a free program on how to improve all aspects of one’s health.
