You know yoga is good for you. It’s been linked to everything from reduced stress and boosted immunity to weight loss and stronger muscles.

But who has the time?

Find some ways to work yoga into your workday with the Workplace Yoga program at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 9, at our Main Branch. Learn breathing techniques and stretches you can do while at work.

Our yogi will be Lindsay Rieder, a certified yoga teacher at Awaken Yoga in Mentor.

The program is free to attend. We only ask that you RSVP. You can sign up online or call us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.
