We’re hosting a free yoga session for teens on Tuesday, June 14, at our Main Branch.

Teens can exercise their minds and their bodies this summer at Mentor Public Library.

As part of our summer reading program, we’re also celebrating staying active.

So at 6 p.m. this Tuesday, we’re offering teens a free introduction to yoga at our Main Branch.

An instructor from Awaken Yoga will lead the class. You can learn the basics of yoga and the best poses for teens. Please dress for movement and bring either a yoga mat or a towel to the program.

Also, the class is free but we do ask that you register with us beforehand.

And that’s not all. Throughout the summer, we’re hosting fun programs that encourage mental and physical fitness.

Teens can learn fun and effective exercises from a certified personal trainer, check out the best fitness apps, and get free introductory classes to boxing and Tai Chi.

And let’s not forget to read!

Everyone who participates in our summer reading program—either by reading books or attending library programs—has a chance to win prizes. The more someone reads, the better chance they have of winning.

For more information on our summer reading programs, call 440-255-8811 or peruse our website.
