Stressed out?

We’re hosting a special yoga session with moves entirely focused on relieving stress.

An instructor from Awaken Yoga will lead the free class at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, at our Main Branch.

The program is open to all. Accommodations will be made for those who need to remain in a chair during the class.

Those who wish to register can sign up online or by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 216.

By the way, we have dozens of Yoga videos that you can borrow from us or stream on Hoopla.
