The Haunted Housewives will take you on a tour of some of the most active haunts in America (including the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield) during a special program at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, at Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch..

Theresa Argie and Cathi Weber, collectively known as The Haunted Housewives, have spent decades investigating historical locations for evidence of haunting.

They’ll share some of their favorite ghost-hunting stories during a special program at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4 at our Main Branch.

Argie and Weber have investigated some of the most active haunts in the country – many of which are in Ohio – including the Lake County History Center and Museum in Painesville, Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Lakeville Grain Elevator in New York, Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in West Virginia, Red Onion Saloon in Arkansas, Lemp Mansion in Missouri, and more.

This program is free to attend. We only require that you register beforehand. You can sign up online or call us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247 to reserve your seat.

By the way, both Argie and Weber are authors. You can borrow America’s Most Haunted (by Argie,) Haunted Willoughby, Ohio (by Weber) or Love Beyond the Grave (by both) from Mentor Public Library.
