Learn How to Reduce Stress & Anxiety

laptop-3087585_1920Feeling overwhelmed? We’re hosting a free online workshop designed to help at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 20.

Erin Hill from Branches of Wellness will share movement therapy and breathing techniques geared to reduce anxiety and stress, while also helping the brain process difficult emotions including anger, grief and trauma. All exercises can be done either seated or standing.
