Mary Dickman has been many things in her 91 years: a private pilot, cook, carpenter, seamstress, artist, world traveler, mother, wife and grandmother. Now she’s the author of The Legend of Mary Dickman, which tells the tale of her uncommon life and how she continues to seek out new challenges in her tenth decade of living.
Dickman will discuss her book, life, and how she continues to feel youthful during a special program at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, at our Main Branch. Copies of her book will be available for sale and signing after her talk.
The program is free to attend and all are welcome. We only ask that you register beforehand. You can sign up by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.
