We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon on your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Within MPL, only essential employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. logistics, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Tracking Technology Choices

MPL collects data through the use of cookies, web logs, web beacons and/or other tracking technologies on our Website. These tracking technologies may improve your access to our Website, provide you with added functionality such as connecting with your social media account, and help us identify repeat visitors to our Website. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you will not have to repeatedly log in a password, thereby saving time while on our Website. These technologies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on our Website. Usage of these tracking technologies is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our Website.

Web server logs. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically through your use of the Website. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, the files viewed on the Website (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site. We use analytical software, i.e., HubSpot, to help us understand this information. This software sends information to its licensor. Other sites and companies may also use this software. As a result, the licensor may collect information that, when aggregated by them, allows them to identify you individually. We have no responsibility for this collection and use.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users’ movements around the Website, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. At all times you are free to decline our cookies if your browser permits; although, by declining the use of cookies you may not be able to use certain features on, and significant portions of, our Website.

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, we do not monitor or take action with respect to the “Do Not Track” signals or other mechanisms.
