We’re hosting donation drives all year as part of our 200th anniversary celebration.
In July, we’re collecting for Project Hope, the only homeless shelter in Lake County. Project Hope provides safe temporary housing to those who need it, as well as support groups, mental health outreach and survival skills workshops.
You can support Project Hope in their mission by donating items from their wish list at any of our branches. The list includes:
- AA, AAA, D size batteries
- Home Depot gift cards
- Decaf coffee
- Cereal (no Cheerios)
- Cough drops
- Paper towels
- Paper plates
- Paper cups
- Plastic forks, spoons, knives
- Aluminum foil
- Saran wrap
- Foot powder
- Men’s deodorant
- Women’s deodorant
- Travel-size shampoo and conditioner
- Men’s T-shirts Large and XL (new)
- Lysol spray
- #13 and #33 trash bags
- Toilet bowl cleaner
- Floor cleaner
- Air freshener (the automatic kind)
