We’d like to help in our own humble way. That’s why we’re offering a free relaxing yoga session that you can enjoy from the comforts of your own home at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8.
Our session will be led by yoga instructor Darlene Kelbach. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in and don’t forget to set up your yoga mat or beach towel before we get started!
