A health professional from Morris Chiropractic will lead a beginner’s yoga session at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6, at the library. She will also explain the benefits of yoga for your overall health, as well as the health of your spine specifically.

All experience levels are welcome to the yoga session. However, you are asked to bring your own mat. The program’s free to attend, but registration is required. You can sign up online or call us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 247.

If you can’t make it to this program, we’re also hosting another free yoga class at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at our Mentor-on-the-Lake Branch.
